Submitting Unsolicited Proposals

Driven by its objective to encourage and promote scientific cooperative research, CRC continually accepts and reviews research proposals for funding in the areas of fuel composition, lubricants, emissions measurement and modeling, and end-use equipment.

CRC invites you to review our recent current list of Requests for Proposal (RFP).

If your current research project is not a match for our active RFPs and you would like to submit a concept for consideration, use the recommended one-page pre-proposal format (fill out and submit the form below).  The one-page format allows you to submit your concept for review and receive a determination of interest from the appropriate CRC technical committee.  You must refrain from including any confidential data or information in your one-page pre-proposal as CRC makes no warranty on eventual use, distribution, or acceptance of your pre-proposal and its contents.  If the pre-proposal is of interest to the CRC technical committee, you may be asked to submit official cost and technical proposals for additional review and possible approval for funding.
