MEASUREMENT OF RUNNING LOSS EMISSIONS

Objective: The objective of this project is to complete the gathering of real-world vehicle data for an asessment of all three evaporative mechanisms:  hot soak (300-car study conducted by AQIRP), diurnal and resting loss (150 light-duty vehicles studied by CRC), and running loss (with this project).
